Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
1. General information
This policy regulates the conditions of cancellation, return and refund applicable to the services contracted through the website of www.foroacademy.com, owned by FORO CUENCA S.L.
The making of a purchase or reservation implies acceptance of these conditions.
2. Cancellation of courses and services by the student
2.1. Face-to-face courses
Students may request cancellation of their enrolment:
- Up to 15 calendar days before the start of the course: right to reimbursement of 100 % of the amount paid.
- Between 14 and 7 calendar days before the start of the course: 50 % of the amount paid will be refunded.
- Less than 7 calendar days before the start of the course: no refund will be made, except for duly justified and documented reasons.
Once the course has started, there will be no refund of any of the amounts paid.
2.2. Online courses and digital training
In accordance with article 103.m of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not be applicable when:
- Access to digital content has begun.
- The learner has received access keys, materials, licences or access to online platforms.
If the learner has not yet accessed the content or received access to the platform, he/she may request cancellation within 14 calendar days of contracting.
2.3. Reservations and enrolments
The amounts paid in respect of:
- reservation of place,
- registration number,
- administrative fees,
- registration management,
- examination fees,
They are non-refundable, unless cancellation is attributable to the centre.
3. Cancellation by the centre
Cuenca Forum reserves the right to cancel or modify dates, timetables or modes of delivery when there are organisational, technical or force majeure reasons.
In case of definitive cancellation by the centre:
- the student will be able to choose between:
- full reimbursement of the amount paid, or
- the reservation of the amount for another call or course.
4. Procedure for requesting cancellations or refunds
Applications must be made in writing via:

- Or through the official contact channels published on the website.
The application must include:
- Name and surname.
- DNI/NIE.
- Course or service contracted.
- Proof of payment.
- Reason for request.
The maximum time limit for a decision shall be 14 calendar days from receipt of the application.
5. Form of reimbursement
Approved refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Banking terms may vary depending on the customer's financial institution.
6. Exceptional cases
The centre may consider partial refunds or changes of convocation in duly justified exceptional situations, such as:
- serious illness,
- hospitalisation,
- incompatibility of employment,
- force majeure.
The acceptance of these applications is at the discretion of the school management.
7. Official examinations
In the case of fees corresponding to official exams of external certifying bodies (Cambridge, Oxford, TOEIC, Trinity, Aptis, etc.), refunds will be subject to the conditions established by each examining body.
Fees already remitted to the certifying body may not be refunded unless expressly authorised by the certifying body.
