General information<\/h3><p>This policy regulates the conditions of cancellation, return and refund applicable to the services contracted through the website of\u00a0<a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/foroacademy.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.foroacademy.com<\/a>, owned by FORO CUENCA S.L.<\/p><p>The making of a purchase or reservation implies acceptance of these conditions.<\/p><h3>2. Cancellation of courses and services by the student<\/h3><h4>2.1. Face-to-face courses<\/h4><p>Students may request cancellation of their enrolment:<\/p><ul><li>Up to 15 calendar days before the start of the course: right to reimbursement of 100 % of the amount paid.<\/li><li>Between 14 and 7 calendar days before the start of the course: 50 % of the amount paid will be refunded.<\/li><li>Less than 7 calendar days before the start of the course: no refund will be made, except for duly justified and documented reasons.<\/li><\/ul><p>Once the course has started, there will be no refund of any of the amounts paid.<\/p><h4>2.2. Online courses and digital training<\/h4><p>In accordance with article 103.m of Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not be applicable when:<\/p><ul><li>Access to digital content has begun.<\/li><li>The learner has received access keys, materials, licences or access to online platforms.<\/li><\/ul><p>If the learner has not yet accessed the content or received access to the platform, he\/she may request cancellation within 14 calendar days of contracting.<\/p><h4>2.3. Reservations and enrolments<\/h4><p>The amounts paid in respect of:<\/p><ul><li>reservation of place,<\/li><li>registration number,<\/li><li>administrative fees,<\/li><li>registration management,<\/li><li>examination fees,<\/li><\/ul><p>They are non-refundable, unless cancellation is attributable to the centre.<\/p><h3>3. Cancellation by the centre<\/h3><p><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.forocuenca.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cuenca Forum<\/a>\u00a0reserves the right to cancel or modify dates, timetables or modes of delivery when there are organisational, technical or force majeure reasons.<\/p><p>In case of definitive cancellation by the centre:<\/p><ul><li>the student will be able to choose between:<ul><li>full reimbursement of the amount paid, or<\/li><li>the reservation of the amount for another call or course.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3>4. Procedure for requesting cancellations or refunds<\/h3><p>Applications must be made in writing via:<\/p><ul><li>E-mail:\u00a0<a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2867\" data-end=\"2886\">admon@forocuenca.com.<\/a><\/li><li>Or through the official contact channels published on the website.<\/li><\/ul><p>The application must include:<\/p><ul><li>Name and surname.<\/li><li>DNI\/NIE.<\/li><li>Course or service contracted.<\/li><li>Proof of payment.<\/li><li>Reason for request.<\/li><\/ul><p>The maximum time limit for a decision shall be 14 calendar days from receipt of the application.<\/p><h3>5. Form of reimbursement<\/h3><p>Approved refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise expressly agreed.<\/p><p>Banking terms may vary depending on the customer's financial institution.<\/p><h3>6. Exceptional cases<\/h3><p>The centre may consider partial refunds or changes of convocation in duly justified exceptional situations, such as:<\/p><ul><li>serious illness,<\/li><li>hospitalisation,<\/li><li>incompatibility of employment,<\/li><li>force majeure.<\/li><\/ul><p>The acceptance of these applications is at the discretion of the school management.<\/p><h3>7. Official examinations<\/h3><p>In the case of fees corresponding to official exams of external certifying bodies (Cambridge, Oxford, TOEIC, Trinity, Aptis, etc.), refunds will be subject to the conditions established by each examining body.<\/p><p>Fees already remitted to the certifying body may not be refunded unless expressly authorised by the certifying body.<\/p><h3>8.
